The Board of Directors finds that Ordinances 196 and 197 passed by the Board, were published in the Marin Independent Journal on January 9, 2025 as required by the California Health and Safety Code and have been available for inspection at the District’s offices and on its website.  This Order constitutes conclusive evidence of compliance with requirements for publication and posting of these ordinances.
