The District requires inspections of all lateral and mainline related work before close of escrow. Standard Review (10 business days) requires a $250 payment. Expedited Review (5 business days) requires a $500 payment.

Your home is for sale and is valued at equal to or greater than $30,000.
You have a building permit equal to or greater than $30,000.
